Waterpoint will be the home of the new Shepherds Bay Retail Village.
It will boast a retail and commercial centre along with a variety of restaurants both on the waterfront and within the village.

The retail village will comprise over 8,000 square metres of convenience retailing and food outlets, including a commercially operated gymnasium and pool area.

You can also choose to work from Waterpoint utilising the variety of commercial offices, Studios and SOHO’s (Small Office Home Office).
